This course applies media preparation and program playout, learned in the Master Control Operations I course, to operate the college's cable television station, College Vision. Students use current television traffic software and television automation systems to deliver program signal and content. This course also prepares the student to perform the duties of a master control operator.

- Monitor signal quality from satellite to transmitter
- Complete all operational documentation; forms, logs, and reports to meet industry performance standards.
