Principles and strategies for managing health and promoting wellness across the lifespan are explored and practiced. The importance of occupational balance, healthy habits, and participation in meaningful occupations is examined in relation to health, well-being, and quality of life. Developmental milestones, common health conditions, and factors influencing health and wellness are introduced.
